Hello! My name is Laura Anderson, I am an independent Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator located in the metro Louisville, KY area, home of horse racing and all things bourbon. Technically, I live in New Albany, IN which is affectionately know as the sunny side! I have 5 adult kids, ranging in ages from 26-31. Three boys, two girls and 6 grandkids so far.
My Stampin’ Up! journey began in 1997. My sister Liz was living in California and attended a SU party. She called me up and told me about a Stampin’ Up opportunity. As a stay home Mom of 5 kids 6 and under, I was intrigued at the idea of doing something fun that might even allow me to earn a little money for my new hobby! I called the number she gave me and a catalog was on the way. When it arrived in the manila envelope that was stamped in a wine color, I was hooked, even though I had never picked up a stamp. Later, I turned my hobby into a “jobby.”
Crafting is a great way to relieve stress, make things more inexpensively or just use the crafting genes God gave you for something good.
